ORIGIN

WUWU came through to me in my first ever 40 day Sadhana (a daily spiritual practice composed of yoga sets, chanting, pranayam followed by journaling in a specific hour of day) during my Kundalini Yoga teacher training back in 2020 during COVID lockdown. When I found this yogic practice, it made me realized the preparation that life has orchestrated previously for me to receive its teachings (or perhaps to remember). I realize I am meant to offer something to the world that is from my unique life experience influenced by the unique combination of teachings, traditions and culture I’ve come across. For a decade before this discovery, I was set on a path to explore healing commodities to help with my chronic depression, PTSD, anxiety, spinal injuries as a then professional dancer in training. Being a Hong Kong native born in the 90s post industrial era, I have been blessed to be born into a lineage of modern sages and witches of my time and traditions. It is in my blood to practice what I practice and to combine the Eastern and Western esoteric knowledge and mysticism I have come across to share my unique approach and perspective. Hence birthed…WUWU. It’s all about the WUWU stuff here, but through a more practical and scientific lens. I hope to reach the hearts of those on a similar journey, those pondering life and the meaning of their existence, once like myself, who know there is more deep down, to what we are told is what this human experience is all about.

I am grateful we get to cross path here.

I owe it to my teachers, friends, families and loved ones to continue to share all I have come to understood with you.
