Yoga + Meditation
Enjoy a cultural sonic + sensory experience in this magical hour (the ambrosial hour or Amrit Vela time, where the infra-red rays and electro-magnetic energies of the earth are at its highest, harmonious and intuitive) in late summer on August 28 when 6-planets aligns in the sky, into a journey inward to find serenity and tranquilly within. Sadhana in Sanskrit translates to your daily spiritual practice. We will begin the session with some light yogic practices into a deep Kirtan journey led by the Wahe Guru Family, a renowned female-led classical Gurbani music group from the Sikh tradition, followed by a gong sound bath.
WUWU’s Late Summer Dream Sadhana

The Wahe Guru Family (Baba Fateh Singh Khalsa Jatha) is a family of siblings, Manjeet, Mani, Rajn and Sukhwinder from northern India devoted to sharing sacred music from their culture with the world. Trained in many traditional classical Indian music instruments like harmonium, sitar, dhal, swarmandel, nori and tablas, the 4 siblings have been playing together since they were children and have maintained this sacred bond through the love of music. The group has been invited to play in different Sikh temples around the world.
